Ensure
Classrooms Are Visit-Ready
All hallway bulletin boards should be updated with current work by close
of business on Wednesday, April 24th. Additionally, teachers
should ensure classrooms are neat and organized, free of graffiti, etc. As a

Mock Regents
All departments with Regents courses will now begin planning for the Mock
Regents. Mock Regents will take place on Friday, May 3rd. There will
be a PNA Field Day in lieu of department and grade team meetings on this day. Contact

Secure All
Personal Items & Technology on April 26th
A large and public event is taking place in the building on the night of
Friday, April 26th. Please ensure all valuables are secured before
leaving on this day. Computer carts and projectors are also being removed from
classrooms and stored in secure locations. This may delay access to technology
on the morning of April 29th.

The New York City Open Market Hiring System opens Monday, April 15th
and will be available through August. The system is used by teachers and other

Secure Personal
Property (REMINDER)
All personal property (including purses, cell phones, laptops, etc.) must
be secured at all times. Items should be secured in a locked location. Personal
items should not be left on desks, in unlocked drawers or closets, in the teacher’s

personal items.
