September 2nd & 3rd Schedules of Activities
Tuesday, September 2nd and Wednesday, September 3rd are PD Days for teachers. All teachers will work from 8:00am to 2:50pm on these days. On Tuesday September 2nd we will be rolling in the once a month PD time during the day. Please ensure you sign-in in the main office upon arrival and immediately report to your scheduled activity. This information will also be posted in the main office. You will need technology for all sessions. Laptops will be made available for those who need them.
Fall & Spring Curriculum Maps; Unit Plans
All curriculum maps (for the entire 2014 – 2015 school year) will be due when teachers return on Tuesday, September 2nd. The first unit plan will be due Friday September 5th, 2014.  If you need assistance please refer to the PNA Curriculum Planning Page (https://sites.google.com/site/pnacurriculumplanning/home).  If your map is not going to be ready to submit, contact Mr. Liu immediately.
Afterschool & Lunchtime Activities
In order to offer our extracurricular activities earlier in the school year, we ask that staff who are interested in starting an after school and/or lunch time activity fill out the School Activity Proposal Form by September 11th, 2014.  The form can be found at the following link:
Divisions of Responsibility
Divisions of Responsibility for the 2014-2015 school are available for reference. These DORs detail the responsibilities of each administrator and member of our support staff. Classroom Libraries
As was the case last year, all classrooms must have a classroom library. Contact Ms. Del Valle if you need book shelves or books.  If you are moving books to another room please update the PNA Classroom Inventory Spreadsheet:
Document Cameras
PNA has a few extra Document Cameras that are not in use.  If you would like one installed in your room please email Ms. Del Valle explaining how you would use it in your class. 
Physical Space Walkthrough
A Physical Space walkthrough will be conducted at the end of day on Wednesday, September 3rd. All teachers will receive formal feedback on their classrooms, specifically on the readiness of rooms to welcome students. Bulletin boards may be left empty; however, they must be covered. Bulletin board paper is available in the main office. You do not need to submit a supply request. If you need assistance with your physical space, contact Ms. Del Valle.
