Student Surveys

The NYC School Surveys for students have arrived. The surveys must be done online this year, and the deadline for students to complete the survey is April 5th. Please work with your students during SLC time beginning next week to complete the surveys. Because surveys are administered online, students will need to use either laptops or the computer lab to complete them. Ms. Lebron will be available to help as well during SLC time. Ms. Heller emailed additional details and a schedule to all SLC teachers. See Ms. Heller (aheller7@schools.nyc.gov) if you have questions.

2012 NYC School Surveys for Teachers

Surveys are due by April 5th. The teacher survey process is anonymous. The survey access code on each survey postcard serves only to identify the school. You can access the survey by going to www.nycschoolsurvey.org and using the seven (7) digit survey access code printed on the survey postcard. Just as we did last year, we will again be conducting a drawing for a prize to those teachers who complete the survey. Please print the submission/confirmation page at the end of the survey and submit that page to Ms. Heller to be entered into the drawing. See Ms. Heller (aheller7@schools.nyc.gov) if you have questions.

Parent Conferences

Parent conferences take place this Thursday evening and Friday afternoon. Please make phone calls to the parents of students in your SLCs throughout the week encouraging them to attend either Thursday or Friday. Report cards and parent surveys will be distributed during the conferences. Information from the PNA Staff Handbook regarding parent conferences can be found at the following link:
