There have been incidents where the immediate removal of a student has

Bathroom passes are not to be given during the first 10
or last 10 minutes of the period. If you
are in need of a replacement pass please use the supply request form in order
to obtain a new one. While waiting for
the replacement, you must use a written pass for the class.
