Notification to Attend Graduation
Graduation for our seniors
will be held at the Murphy Auditorium at Iona College on Wednesday, June 22th
at 12:00pm. If you plan on attending,
please notify Ms. Del Valle by Wednesday June 15th. Teacher’s not going to graduation will have a
specific schedule of activity that will be communicated via the PNA Google
Site.

End-of-Year Meetings Reminder
End-of-Year meetings began
on Tuesday, June 14th and run through Wednesday, June 24th.
Your meeting date and time have been communicated through Regents invitation
letters (Classroom Teachers) or email (Non-Classroom Teachers). Please
ensure you arrive on time for your meeting.

Cell phones during
Regents
The cell phone procedure will be modified during Regent
exam days. Cell phones will continue to
be collected at scanning. To ensure
students do not have electronics during testing, cell phones will also be distributed
from scanning so that students immediately leave the building with their
devices.

Parent outreach for
students in danger of failing
Please ensure that you are reaching out to parents when
students are not meeting classroom expectations. The final marking period will end June 13th. Parents should not be surprised of student
failures once they receive their report card.
We must ensure that they have been contacted and informed. Ms. Santos (ysantos@pablonerudaacademy.org) is available to assist with the contact and
translation.
