School CNXT - Disregard
If you received an email inviting you to use School CNXT please disregard the email.  We were awarded this program, but quickly dropped it when we realize that this program would directly compete with Skedula.
Initial Planning Conferences (IPC) – Classroom Teachers
Classroom teachers have received an invitation to their initial planning conference starting next week.  During the conference we will be discussing your instructional and professional goal, as well as your overall rating from the previous school year.  If you have questions about your IPC, please contact Mr. Liu (dliu@pablonerudaacademy.org).

Teacher Vocational Assessments
As we presented at our staff PD day, all teachers will be expected to complete teacher vocational assessments for all students with IEP’s throughout the year.  The Case Manager (Special Education Teacher) will notify you of which student(s) need to be done and by what date.  This is an essential component of the IEP process and needs to be completed in a timely manner.  The teacher vocational assessment form can be found at the following link: https://docs.google.com/a/pablonerudaacademy.org/forms/d/1sq4mNilAURldoVUG342B7w88wGo3QWSykD_fWYm5e3M/viewform?edit_requested=true
Transit Delay Regulation
An official regulation has been set forth for transit delays.  A transit delay will only be approved for staff members that were affected for 15 minutes or more by public transportation.  Transit delays under these conditions must be accompanied by a Delay Verification from the public transportation provider.  You may find the NYCMTA Delay Verification at the following link: http://enterprise.mtanyct.info/DelayVerify/delayRequest.aspx
Montefiore
All incoming 12th grade students are required to receive a Bacterial Meningitis vaccine.  In order for this to be done at the clinic, they would need to be enrolled.  Please remind students to enroll and schedule a health assessment with the clinic.  For more information on enrollment, please contact Ms. Santos (ysantos@pablonerudaacademy.org)
