School Survey (Staff) – Action Required
The NYC School Survey has arrived.  Teachers and staff received the survey cards at Friday’s Staff meeting.  Please complete the survey online by March 31st. Once you submit, you are eligible to be entered into our gift certificate raffle.  Print out the confirmation page (or submit the card) and write your name on it and put it in Ms. Meneses’ mailbox.
School Survey (Students) – Action Required
Students will begin completing their surveys in CCR classes.  There will be a pizza party for the grade that has the highest submission rate.  In order to be included in the tally, please submit completed surveys to Ms. Meneses.  The deadline for students to complete the survey is March 31st.  If you have any questions about the school survey, please contact Ms. Meneses (cjankosky@pablonerudaacademy.org)
Consolidation Updates
Thank you to all the members that participated on Monday.  We have worked with the Superintendent team to produce multiple name options.  We are currently waiting for central planning offices to respond with approval and/or feedback.  Non-Classroom staff should have received an email from Mr. Liu with links to submit division of responsibility interest surveys.  If you have questions about the interest survey, please email Mr. Liu.  Our next consolidation meeting will take place on March 27th at 4pm.  The meeting will be more of a professional social mixer, designed to allow staff to get to know one another.

Agenda and notes of all of the work can be found here.
ISA Summer Institute
The Institute for Student Achievement organizes a Summer Institute annually.  The Summer Institute is designed for individual schools to develop and create strategic plans for the new school year.  If you are interested in participating we ask that you fill out the following form.  Room and board will be provided to participants.  This would be a great opportunity for us to come together as a community.  The Institute will be held at the Glen Cove Mansion Hotel in Glen Cove, NY from the evening of June 28th to the afternoon of June 30th.
PROSE Day changes (Reminder)
Unfortunately, due to the snow day on February 9, 2017, the DOE will be rescinding the PROSE day on June 27th, 2017.  Therefore, June 27th, 2017 will be a regular school day for both staff and students.
Morning Sign in (Reminder)
If you arrive after 8:00am, the protocol is to clock in and sign the timecard when you sign in by Ms. Franqui’s desk.
Safety Team Transition Contest
As a reminder, the Safety Team will be awarding an additional $50 a month for PBIS for the grade team that demonstrates the most effort and results in shortening student transition times.
SSA Lopez Retirement Party
Agent Lopez retired this fall and Ms. Sierra is planning a retirement party for her on Friday June 2, 2017.  Please contact Ms. Sierra (Ext. 12552) if you are interested in attending and/or want to support.
