Bulletin Boards
All bulletin boards and student work displays should be updated with current student work. As stated in the PNA Staff Handbook, “because bulletin boards are a visible indication of our school climate and philosophy, please take time to create effective, attractive displays that reflect the subject area, themes, and standards in your classrooms.” When displaying student work, you should include your name, the course name, a description of the unit and/or an explanation of the work that is posted, a rubric, and teacher feedback. Bulletin board assignments are located in the appendix of the PNA Staff Handbook. Displaying student work plays an essential role in being well developed in the Physical Space category on the PNA Instructional Framework Rubric. Physical Space walkthroughs will take place sometime before January 31st. Teachers will be receiving individual feedback based on observations made during the walkthroughs.
