Teacher Mid-Year Reports and Self-Assessment Meetings (Reminder)
All teachers will be receiving a Mid-Year Report which will give an overview of their data from the Fall term. Meetings begin on Monday and will take place in the Principal’s office. Appointment times are attached to this week’s Weekly Update email. All teachers should fill out the “PNA Teacher Mid-Year Self Assessment prior to these meetings. A completed copy is due at the time of the Mid-Year Report meeting. See Ms. Cook (scook6@schools.nyc.gov) if you need assistance filling out the self- assessment.

Program Change Process
The Spring Term begins on Tuesday. All students will follow their new schedules. If a student is requesting a change to their program, they must fill out a Program Change Request form with their advisor during an advisory period. Advisors should submit completed forms to Mr. Liu’s mailbox. Students must follow their current program until they are notified that a change has been made to their schedule. Please do not send students to the office if they are requesting a change. The Program Change form was attached in this week’s Weekly Update email and advisors will receive copies on Monday. Mock Quality Review
Members of our Network team will be here all day on Wednesday for a Mock QR. They will be gathering data that we can use to help us with last minute preparations for our Quality Review (which is scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday February 9th and 10th). Please be prepared to have visitors to your classrooms and in your department and grade team meetings on this day.
