Teacher Item Analysis Data Reflection
All teachers whose students took a Regents or Interim Assessment should complete a reflection. The purpose is to help you begin to think about how students with similar needs can be grouped in your classes, as well as the skills and concepts that need to be reviewed and re-taught. Completed reflections should be submitted to your Department Head (preferably in electronic format). If you need assistance with this form, see Ms. Heller (aheller7@schools.nyc.gov). Respect for All Month in Advisories
Beginning Monday, February 7th the focus for advisories will be “Respect for All” for the remainder of the month of February. All advisors should have received materials from The Leadership Program. Copies of student materials will be provided. All student work products should be submitted to Ms. Heller as they are completed. The Stevenson Campus library is open for teachers to take their classes. Emergency Lesson Plans
Per the PNA Staff Handbook, three days worth of lesson plans should be submitted to Mr. Liu to be kept on file in the Main Office. These will only be used if you are unexpectedly absent and cannot leave more timely work for your students. The plans should relate to your content area and should be adaptable for use at any time during the semester. With your lesson plans you should include directions, all necessary copies for students, and relevant information. These should be submitted immediately.

Program Change Process (Reminder)
All students will follow their new schedules. If a student is requesting a change to their program, they must fill out a Program Change Request form with their advisor during an advisory period. Advisors should submit completed forms to Mr. Liu’s mailbox. Students must follow their current program until they are notified that a change has been made to their schedule. Please do not send students to the office if they are requesting a change.
